How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at the email address shown in your account settings, and we will help.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
